A lively drawn roman with tapered, brush-like strokes and small, spiky serifs that feel cut or flicked into place. Letterforms show gentle irregularity in curves and terminals, creating a handmade rhythm while staying largely upright and readable. Capitals are relatively tall and expressive, with narrow bowls and occasional asymmetric joins; lowercase counters are compact and the ascenders/descenders carry much of the texture. Numerals echo the same sharp terminals and slightly uneven stroke behavior, giving the set a cohesive, inked personality.

Best suited to display settings where its tapered strokes and pointed terminals can be appreciated—titles, chapter heads, pull quotes, posters, and short branded lines. It can also work for themed packaging or event materials where a handmade, old-style atmosphere is desired, while longer text benefits from generous size and leading.

The font reads as playful and old-world at once—like a lightly formal hand that’s been allowed to stay human. Its pointed terminals and calligraphic tapering give a folkloric, storybook tone, while the consistent structure keeps it from feeling purely decorative. Overall it conveys charm, curiosity, and a hint of theatrical flair.

The design appears intended to capture a formal calligraphic sensibility without connecting strokes, blending structured roman proportions with human, ink-driven variation. Its goal seems to be distinctive character and narrative tone over strict mechanical regularity.

Spacing and sidebearings appear intentionally varied to preserve a hand-set feel, which can create a pleasantly organic texture in headings. The sharp terminal treatment is a defining feature; at smaller sizes or on low-resolution output, those fine points may appear more delicate than the main strokes.
