This typeface is a right-leaning, calligraphic italic with pronounced thick–thin modulation and sharp, tapered terminals. Letterforms are compact and energetic, with small swashes and curled entry/exit strokes that give many capitals (and a few lowercase) a decorative silhouette. Strokes often finish in pointed beaks or ball-like teardrops, and counters are tight, producing a dense, inked-in color. Numerals follow the same slanted, contrasty construction and include occasional curled details that echo the capitals.

It works best for short, prominent settings where its contrast and swashes can be appreciated—display headlines, event materials, packaging, and brand marks with a classic or boutique sensibility. For longer text blocks, it is more suitable for brief passages, pull quotes, or subheads rather than continuous reading at small sizes.

The overall tone feels traditional and decorative, with a spirited, old-world flair. Its crisp contrasts and ornamental flicks suggest formality and flourish rather than restraint, reading as expressive and slightly theatrical.

The design appears intended to capture a formal pen-written aesthetic with strong contrast and decorative finishing, prioritizing personality and flourish in display use. Its compact proportions and lively italic motion aim to create a bold, elegant impression in titles and accent typography.

The rhythm is bouncy and irregular in a deliberately handwritten way, with noticeable variation in character widths and prominent diagonals in letters like v, w, and x. Uppercase forms carry the strongest ornamentation and can become visually dominant, while lowercase remains more streamlined but still features occasional curls (notably in descenders and the r/s forms).
