A high-contrast italic serif with sharp, hairline serifs and taut, tapered joins. Curves are smooth and tightly controlled, with strong thick–thin modulation that gives the outlines a crisp, engraved feel. The italic slant is consistent and fairly lively, producing a forward-leaning rhythm, while counters remain open and clean in both upper- and lowercase. Numerals follow the same contrast and italic cadence, with slender horizontals and tapered diagonals that keep the set visually light on the page despite the dark main strokes.

Best suited to headlines, magazine and book editorial settings, fashion and beauty layouts, and premium brand touchpoints where contrast and elegance are assets. It can work for short passages or pull quotes when set with generous size and leading, but it will read most comfortably where its hairlines and brisk rhythm have room to breathe.

The overall tone is polished and stylish, pairing classic sophistication with a distinctly dramatic, modern edge. Its pronounced contrast and keen, pointed details communicate luxury, confidence, and a sense of high-end editorial refinement.

The design appears aimed at delivering a luxe, high-contrast italic voice for sophisticated display typography—combining classic serif structure with sharpened details and a contemporary, editorial attitude.

The texture in text is animated by alternating thick verticals and hairline connectors, so spacing and line breaks create a noticeable shimmer at larger sizes. The italic forms feel intentionally sculpted rather than merely slanted, emphasizing sharp terminals, sweeping entry/exit strokes, and a brisk, high-fashion cadence.
