A slab-serif, typewriter-like design with sturdy stems and compact, monoline construction that reads as heavily inked. The outlines are intentionally irregular: edges wobble, terminals look bruised, and counters show small bite marks and uneven apertures, producing a blotchy, ink-stamp texture. Round forms (O, Q, 0) appear slightly lumpy and imperfect, while the slab serifs are short and squared, sometimes softened by the distressed contour. Spacing and rhythm are rigid and mechanical, but the letterforms retain clear silhouettes despite the roughened perimeter.

Well-suited for short, punchy text where character and texture are desirable—posters, title treatments, book and zine covers, album art, and themed packaging. It also works for labels, props, and UI flourishes in period or crime/noir-inspired projects where a worn type impression supports the narrative.

The font conveys an analog, lived-in tone—suggesting old paper, carbon copies, and imperfect impressions. Its gritty texture adds a slightly ominous, noir flavor while still feeling playful and handmade in its irregularities.

The design appears intended to capture the mechanical discipline of typewriter letterspacing while layering on a deliberately degraded, ink-worn surface. It prioritizes atmosphere and tactile authenticity over pristine geometry, delivering a recognizably typed voice with a distressed, printed patina.

The distress is consistent across caps, lowercase, and numerals, with visible variation in stroke edges and counter shapes that mimics uneven ink transfer. The texture is strong enough to become a defining feature at display sizes, while smaller settings may intensify the grunge character and soften fine interior details.
