A serif typeface with gently flared stems and sharp, beak-like terminals that read as carved or pen-finished rather than purely mechanical. Curves are round and open with relatively even stroke weight, while ends taper into pointed wedges that create a lively sparkle along the baseline and cap line. Capitals feel broad and steady, with distinctive spurs on letters like C, E, F, and S, and a slightly decorative presence in diagonals and joins (notably in K, V, W, and X). The lowercase keeps a clear, readable skeleton with compact, slightly angular finishing strokes and a single-storey a; numerals follow the same flared, serifed construction with prominent pointed terminals.

Best suited for display and editorial roles such as headlines, book and album covers, chapter openers, posters, and brand marks that want a classic yet characterful serif. It can also work for short-form text (pull quotes, intros, subheads) where its crisp terminals and even color can be appreciated without crowding.

The overall tone is classical and literary, with an old-world sharpness that suggests inscriptional or Renaissance-inspired forms. The pointed terminals add drama and a touch of theatricality, while the even color keeps it composed and legible. It can feel refined and slightly fantastical depending on setting and spacing.

The design appears intended to blend traditional serif structure with an incised, flared finishing vocabulary that adds personality and a hint of historical craftsmanship. It aims to remain readable and stable while using sharp terminals and spurs to create a distinctive, premium texture in titles and branding.

The sharp terminals are visually assertive and will become more pronounced at larger sizes, where the flared ends and spurs read as intentional ornament. In dense text, slightly generous spacing helps keep the terminals from visually knitting together, preserving the crisp rhythm and avoiding a dark, spiky texture.
