A jagged, distressed display face with irregular, torn-looking contours and frequent thorny spikes along stems and terminals. Strokes are heavy with intermittent tapering, creating a carved, bitten edge that breaks the silhouette while keeping strong overall mass. Counters are uneven and sometimes pinched, and the rhythm is intentionally unstable, with noticeable per-letter shape variation that reads as hand-roughened rather than geometric. Numerals and capitals carry the same rough texture and pointed finishing, maintaining a cohesive, high-impact texture across the set.

Best suited for posters, title cards, packaging, and branding that benefit from an eerie, aggressive voice. It works particularly well in large headings, logos, and short bursts of text where the rough contour detail can be appreciated without sacrificing clarity.

The letterforms project a horror-leaning, ominous tone—more cursed parchment and midnight ritual than clean modern display. Its sharp, gnawed edges and occasional drip-like protrusions add tension and a sense of decay, giving headlines a threatening, theatrical presence.

The design appears intended to deliver an instantly recognizable horror/occult mood through high-contrast silhouettes, spiked terminals, and a deliberately distressed perimeter. Rather than aiming for neutrality or refinement, it prioritizes atmosphere and impact, turning the texture of the edges into the primary stylistic signature.

In the sample text, the rough silhouette builds a strong black texture at larger sizes, while the distressed edges start to compete in tighter settings, making it feel most natural as a short-run display style rather than a workhorse text face.
