A rough, hand-rendered display face with jagged contours and irregular stroke edges that feel scratched or dry-brushed. Letterforms are narrow and mostly upright, with medium stroke contrast that comes from uneven pressure and broken outlines rather than formal serif structure. Terminals tend to taper, fray, or splinter, and counters are slightly lumpy and organic, creating a lively, imperfect rhythm. Spacing and widths vary from glyph to glyph, reinforcing an intentionally unpolished, distressed texture across both caps and lowercase.

Best suited to display applications such as posters, titles, packaging accents, and promotional graphics where a rough, dramatic tone is desired. It works especially well for horror-themed headlines, gritty music artwork, and game or film graphics that benefit from a worn, handmade look.

The font projects a gritty, ominous energy—somewhere between DIY punk ephemera and spooky, B-movie title lettering. Its rough edges and jittery silhouettes add tension and urgency, making text feel weathered, haunted, or aggressively handmade.

The design appears intended to mimic degraded ink or distressed brush lettering—capturing the feel of worn printing, scratched signage, or hand-painted marks. Its goal is expressive texture and attitude rather than neutrality, using controlled inconsistency to create a strong thematic voice.

In longer lines, the heavy texture becomes a dominant visual element, so readability is strongest at larger sizes where the torn edges and irregular interiors can be appreciated as a stylistic feature. Numerals share the same distressed treatment, matching the alphabet’s roughened, ink-worn character.
