A heavy, chunky sans with irregular, torn-looking contours and mottled edges that suggest blotting or rough stamping. Stroke ends are uneven and slightly wavy, with frequent nicks and bumps that create a noisy silhouette while keeping clear, simple letter structures. Counters are compact and sometimes partially pinched by the distressed perimeter, and the overall rhythm alternates between more rounded forms (O, C) and blockier, compressed shapes (E, F, T). Uppercase and lowercase share a consistent rugged texture, and numerals follow the same thick, weathered construction.

Best suited to short, high-impact typography such as posters, event flyers, packaging callouts, album artwork, and merch graphics where the distressed perimeter can be read clearly. It also works well for themed titles and display lines that want a gritty, analog feel; for body text, it’s more effective in brief bursts or at larger sizes.

The tone is gritty and energetic, with a handmade, DIY attitude that reads as rebellious and casual rather than refined. Its roughened surface gives an immediate sense of wear, ink bleed, or abrasion, lending a loud, attention-grabbing character.

The design appears intended to deliver a bold display voice with built-in distress, emulating worn ink, rough print, or eroded lettering while preserving straightforward, legible letterforms. The consistent texture across caps, lowercase, and figures suggests a deliberate, repeatable grunge effect meant for strong thematic branding.

The texture is present across every glyph, so the distressed effect becomes a primary visual feature at headline sizes; in longer setting it creates a dense, dark typographic color. The simplest shapes (I, l, 1) rely heavily on their ragged edges for distinction, reinforcing the font’s intentionally imperfect look.
