This is a sharply cut serif with a pronounced rightward slant and strong calligraphic modulation. Strokes move from hairline thins into heavy, wedge-like stems, producing crisp, high-energy silhouettes and clear thick–thin rhythm. Serifs are tapered and often triangular, with a chiseled, engraved feel rather than flat slabs; terminals tend to finish in pointed, slightly flared shapes. Proportions are compact and slightly condensed in places, with lively, uneven width distribution across letters, and a single-storey italic construction in the lowercase.

Best suited to short-to-medium text at larger sizes where the strong contrast and angular detailing can read cleanly—headlines, posters, book and magazine covers, and brand marks. It can also work for premium packaging and event collateral where a classic, formal italic voice is desired, but it will feel heavy and busy in long body copy at small sizes.

The tone is confident and ceremonial, combining old-style elegance with a dramatic, almost engraved intensity. Its angular serifs and steep slant read as assertive and premium, lending a classic editorial voice with a touch of theatrical flair.

The design appears intended as a high-impact italic serif that amplifies contrast and sharp serif geometry to project tradition and authority while remaining distinctly expressive. Its letterforms prioritize dramatic rhythm, pointed terminals, and a crafted, engraved character for attention-grabbing display use.

Round letters (such as C, O, Q) keep tight counters that heighten the weight and density, while diagonal letters (V, W, X, Y) emphasize sharp, blade-like joins. Numerals are similarly stylized, with angled entries and pointed terminals that match the letterforms and maintain a consistent, display-forward presence.
