A sharply faceted blackletter with broken-pen construction and crisp, wedge-like terminals. Stems are tall and tightly set, with pronounced thick–thin modulation and frequent internal notches that create a cut, sculpted rhythm. Curves are minimized in favor of angular joins, producing compact counters and a dark, continuous texture in words. Capitals are commanding and ornamental without excessive flourishes, while lowercase forms keep a rigid, vertical cadence with occasional pointed ascenders and narrow apertures.

Best suited to display settings such as headlines, mastheads, and short statements where its dense texture can be appreciated. It works well for branding that leans historical or ceremonial—labels, packaging, event titles, and album or book covers—especially when set with generous tracking and ample line spacing.

The overall tone evokes medieval manuscript lettering and formal heraldic inscription. Its dark color and chiseled geometry feel authoritative and ceremonial, with a slightly dramatic, occult-leaning intensity when used at larger sizes. The style reads traditional and historical rather than casual or contemporary.

The design appears intended to recreate a disciplined, manuscript-inspired blackletter voice with strong vertical rhythm and a dark typographic color. Its emphasis on angular construction and pronounced modulation suggests a goal of delivering period flavor and dramatic presence in display typography.

In longer lines the dense blackletter texture becomes dominant, so spacing and size strongly affect readability. The numerals and punctuation match the same broken-stroke logic, helping mixed text retain a consistent, engraved character.
