A serif text face with sculpted, flaring terminals and pronounced wedge-like serifs that give strokes a chiseled, calligraphic finish. Strokes show moderate contrast with clear thick–thin rhythm, while curves are relatively compact and controlled, keeping counters fairly tight in letters like a, e, and s. The lowercase uses a two-storey a and g, with a sturdy, upright stance and a steady baseline; capitals are broad and stately with crisp joins and strong vertical emphasis. Numerals are robust and traditional in feel, with clear differentiation and solid weight distribution.

Well suited to book interiors, essays, and editorial layouts where a traditional serif voice and consistent texture are desired. The strong capitals and crisp terminals also make it effective for chapter heads, pull quotes, mastheads, and identity work that leans classic rather than minimalist.

The overall tone is classical and authoritative, evoking printed literature, academic settings, and traditional editorial typography. Its flared endings add a subtle ceremonial character—more sculptural than neutral—without becoming overly ornate.

The design appears intended to blend traditional serif proportions with flared, calligraphic stroke endings to create a dignified, print-forward texture. It aims for readability and authority while adding a distinctive, sculpted signature through its terminals and serifs.

Spacing reads slightly compact in the sample text, contributing to a dense, page-like color suitable for long-form setting. The serifs and terminals are sharp and directional, which helps reinforce a formal, engraved impression at display sizes while remaining grounded as a text style.
