A sharply drawn serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and crisp, wedge-like terminals. The serifs read as bracketing into the stems, but resolve into pointed, triangular tips that give the letterforms a cut, chiseled finish. Capitals are tall and elegant with relatively narrow internal apertures, while the lowercase keeps a traditional, text-oriented construction with compact counters and sturdy verticals. Curves (C, G, O, S) show smooth, controlled stress and tight joins, and the numerals follow the same refined contrast with clear, upright forms and decisive terminals.

Best suited to headlines, magazine titling, and brand marks where its contrast and sharp serifing can read cleanly and add sophistication. It also fits book covers and cultural posters that benefit from a classic but dramatic serif voice, particularly at medium-to-large sizes where the fine hairlines remain visible.

The overall tone is polished and authoritative, with a strong editorial and fashion sensibility. Its sharp terminals and sculptural contrast add drama and a premium feel, while the conventional proportions keep it grounded and legible in composed settings.

The design appears intended to deliver a contemporary, high-end take on a conventional serif structure—pairing classic proportions with more incisive, wedge-shaped finishing for added impact in editorial and branding contexts.

In the sample text, the dense black weight and high contrast create a rhythmic, sparkling texture at display sizes, with noticeable emphasis on vertical strokes and crisp punctuation. The pointed serif treatment adds distinct personality compared with more neutral oldstyle serifs, making the face feel intentionally stylized without becoming ornamental.
