A compact, heavily weighty slab-serif display face with blunt, square-ended serifs and a distinctly carved, slightly irregular silhouette. Strokes stay broadly consistent in thickness, with minimal modulation, while corners and terminals show chiseled facets that create a hand-cut, woodtype-like texture. The letters are tall and tight, with sturdy verticals, angular joins, and occasional notches that break up straight edges. Counters are small and simplified, contributing to strong color and high impact at display sizes.

Best suited to posters, headlines, and short-form display settings where texture and attitude matter more than quiet readability. It works well for themed signage, packaging, event graphics, and logo wordmarks that want a vintage, showman-like voice. For body text, its dense color and irregular edges will be most effective in brief bursts or large sizes.

The overall tone feels boisterous and theatrical—evoking old posters, saloon signage, and novelty print ephemera. Its intentionally uneven edges add energy and personality, reading as handmade rather than mechanical. The bold, compressed stance gives it an assertive, attention-grabbing presence.

The design appears intended to mimic bold, slabbed letterforms associated with wood type and hand-cut sign lettering, prioritizing impact and character. Its squared terminals and faceted contours aim to provide a rugged, print-poster aesthetic that stands out immediately on the page.

Rhythm is punchy and uneven in a deliberate way: some characters feel slightly skewed or bumped, which enhances the vintage display character. Numerals follow the same chunky, squared construction, keeping a consistent, poster-friendly texture across letters and figures.
