A spidery, calligraphic italic with extremely slender strokes and pronounced thick–thin modulation. Forms are tall and compressed, with long ascenders/descenders and a tight rhythm that emphasizes vertical movement. Terminals often taper to needle points, and several letters show scratch-like overshoots, slight wobble, and uneven stroke buildup that reads as intentionally rough rather than purely geometric. Counters are small and loops are narrow, with occasional sharp joins and hooked exits that give the outlines a nervous, hand-rendered cadence.

Best used at display sizes where its thin, textured strokes can read clearly—such as horror or mystery titles, theatrical posters, book covers, and moody editorial headlines. It also works for short bursts of atmospheric text in credits, invitations, or themed packaging, but is less suited to long passages or small UI sizes due to its delicate construction.

The font projects a dark, theatrical mood—suggesting mystery, gothic romance, and occult ephemera. Its wiry texture and sharp tapering feel like ink dragged quickly across paper, creating tension and a sense of unease that suits dramatic or supernatural themes.

The design appears intended to evoke an expressive, hand-inked look with a worn, distressed edge—prioritizing mood and character over neutral readability. Its narrow, elongated silhouettes and scratchy modulation aim to create a distinctive, dramatic voice for themed display typography.

Uppercase shapes lean toward simplified, gestural constructions (notably in letters like E, F, T, and Z), while the lowercase introduces more cursive inflection with looping descenders (g, j, y) and narrow bowls (a, e, o). Numerals are similarly tall and stylized, with delicate curves and pointed terminals that maintain the scratchy texture in running text.
