This serif typeface is built around an extreme thick–thin relationship, with hairline horizontals and sharply tapered joins contrasted against sturdy vertical stems. Serifs are fine and bracketed, often finishing in pointed, wedge-like terminals that give the outlines a crisp, sculpted feel. Curves are smooth and controlled, with narrow internal apertures and a slightly tight rhythm in text; the lowercase shows delicate entry/exit strokes and a distinctly calligraphic modulation. Capitals appear tall and composed, with elegant spacing and a refined, high-fashion silhouette.

It performs best in display and editorial contexts such as magazine titles, feature headings, book or album covers, and premium brand identities. It can also work for short-form text in print-oriented layouts where the thin strokes are given enough size and contrast to hold up cleanly.

The overall tone is formal and elevated, projecting a polished, editorial sensibility with a touch of drama. The high-contrast construction reads as luxurious and traditional rather than casual, making it feel suited to premium, style-forward communication.

The design appears intended to deliver a classic serif voice with modern, high-contrast refinement—prioritizing elegance, sharp detail, and a couture-like presence. Its consistent modulation and clean, tapered terminals suggest a focus on sophisticated typography for upscale publishing and branding.

The italic-like influence is subtle in the stroke modulation even though the posture remains upright; several forms show sharp, tapering terminals and thin cross-strokes that become visually prominent at larger sizes. Numerals share the same high-contrast logic, with delicate hairlines and pronounced curves that match the text color of the letters.
