A high-contrast italic serif with a crisp, calligraphic rhythm. Strokes show pronounced thick–thin modulation with hairline entry/exit strokes and tapered terminals, while serifs are fine and bracketed rather than blocky. The capitals are relatively upright in structure but consistently slanted, with sharp apexes and clean joints; the lowercase is more cursive in motion, with narrow counters and flowing connections implied by the stroke logic. Overall spacing feels measured and text-oriented, with an even baseline and a steady diagonal stress across rounds.

Well-suited to book and long-form editorial typography where an italic voice is needed for emphasis, quotations, or secondary passages. It can also serve effectively in magazine features, refined announcements, and short titles that benefit from an elegant, traditional serif italic.

The font conveys a polished, bookish tone with a sense of traditional craft. Its italic motion and delicate hairlines read as expressive yet controlled, suggesting sophistication and formality rather than casual handwriting.

The design appears intended as a conventional text-serif italic with a classical, calligraphy-informed skeleton and strong thick–thin contrast. Its goal seems to be delivering a refined, readable italic texture for editorial settings while retaining enough sharpness for display-sized emphasis.

In the sample text, the slant and contrast remain consistent at paragraph scale, producing a lively texture without appearing decorative. Numerals follow the same italic, high-contrast treatment and sit comfortably alongside the letters, reinforcing a cohesive editorial voice.
