A heavy, faceted display face built from sharply angled strokes and chiseled corners. The letterforms lean forward with an uneven, hand-cut rhythm, mixing broad slabs with tight notches and triangular joins. Counters are small and often polygonal, and terminals frequently end in pointed wedges or clipped flats, giving the alphabet a carved, armored silhouette. Width and internal spacing vary noticeably from glyph to glyph, reinforcing a drawn, irregular texture while keeping a consistent black, poster-ready mass.

Best used at large sizes where the angular detailing and dense silhouette can read clearly—such as posters, headlines, logos, packaging marks, album artwork, and game or fantasy title treatments. It can also work for short, emphatic phrases where a rough medieval or metal-inspired mood is desired, but the tight counters and irregular rhythm make it less suitable for long passages of text.

The tone is medieval and combative, with a punkish energy that reads like cut metal or carved stone. Its sharp angles and forward slant create urgency and motion, while the slightly inconsistent shapes add a raw, handmade attitude. Overall it feels theatrical and assertive, suited to loud, attention-grabbing messages.

The design appears intended to merge blackletter-inspired structure with a hand-cut, geometric approach, prioritizing impact and texture over smooth continuity. Its forward slant, notched joins, and chunky wedges suggest a deliberate “carved” aesthetic aimed at bold display typography with an edgy, medieval bite.

The uppercase forms carry the strongest blackletter flavor through broken strokes, angular shoulders, and compact apertures, while the lowercase keeps the same chiseled geometry with simplified construction. Numerals follow the same wedge-and-notch language, maintaining the dense color and spiky profile in mixed settings.
