A lightly built, wide serif with irregular, print-worn edges and softly swelling terminals. Strokes show modest contrast and a slightly ink-trap-like, blunted finishing that makes counters and joins feel carved rather than crisply drawn. Serifs are small and flared, often asymmetrical, and the overall rhythm is intentionally uneven, with subtle variations in curve tension and stroke endings across the alphabet. Figures follow the same distressed logic, with open, friendly forms and small nicks that keep the texture consistent in running text.

Works well for display typography where texture is desirable: posters, titles, book covers, packaging, and themed signage. It can also serve in short paragraphs or pull quotes when you want a vintage, worn-in voice, but it will look best at sizes large enough for the edge texture to read clearly.

The font reads as antique and hand-printed, with a charming roughness that suggests old books, letterpress artifacts, or weathered signage. Its irregularities add warmth and personality, creating a slightly whimsical, story-driven tone rather than a strictly formal one.

Designed to evoke a printed, timeworn serif with the readability of traditional letterforms but with added character from rough edges and softened terminals. The goal appears to be a versatile thematic display face that brings period flavor and handmade imperfection to contemporary layouts.

The distressed treatment is present on most outer contours and some inner curves, producing a steady “used” texture without collapsing the shapes. Spacing and widths feel intentionally varied to preserve a handmade cadence, and the uppercase retains a decorative presence while remaining readable in short lines.
