A condensed, right-leaning display face with tall proportions and a wiry, calligraphic stroke. Letters are built from tapered, pointed terminals and slightly irregular curves, creating a scratch-like texture without becoming fully distressed. Contrast is noticeable through swelling and thinning along strokes, and the rhythm alternates between smooth arcs (C, O, S) and sharp, blade-like joins (M, N, W, k). Counters are generally narrow and vertical, with ascenders and descenders that stay slim and elongated, reinforcing a tense, upright silhouette across words.

Best suited to short, high-impact settings such as horror/thriller titles, Halloween or haunted-attraction promotion, game and streaming key art, and punchy packaging or labels that benefit from a tense, handwritten edge. It will read most clearly when given ample size and spacing, where the tapering and sharp terminals can remain distinct.

The overall tone reads ominous and theatrical—like hurried ink lettering used for haunted signage or supernatural warnings. Spikes, pinched turns, and lean, elongated forms give it a nervous energy that feels gothic-adjacent without relying on heavy blackletter structure.

This design appears intended to deliver a spooky, inked display voice by combining condensed italic posture with sharp, tapered terminals and energetic, hand-drawn irregularity—aiming for atmosphere over neutrality while maintaining coherent letterforms for headline readability.

The texture comes more from tapered endings and slightly uneven stroke behavior than from drips or heavy erosion, so the face stays relatively clean at display sizes while still feeling unsettled. Numerals follow the same narrow, slanted construction, keeping a consistent, eerie cadence in mixed text.
