This typeface features compact proportions with strongly sculpted terminals that flare into pointed, wedge-like endings. Strokes read as robust and fairly even in weight overall, but the design relies on sharp internal cuts and finial-like tips to create contrast and texture rather than large shifts in stroke thickness. Serifs and terminals are narrow and blade-like, giving counters a tight, chiseled feel; curves (notably in C, O, and e) are taut and slightly pinched by the pointed endings. The lowercase is relatively small compared to the capitals, with distinctive, decorative terminals on stems and bowls, and numerals that echo the same spurred, pointed finishing details.

Best suited for display settings such as headlines, posters, and titling where its flared, pointed terminals can be appreciated. It can also work well for branding and packaging that aims for an old-world, gothic, or fantasy-leaning atmosphere, and for book covers or event materials that benefit from a ceremonial, dramatic voice.

The overall tone is gothic and theatrical, suggesting tradition, ceremony, and a slightly ominous or fantastical mood. The spiky flared endings and condensed rhythm create a sense of intensity and formality, evoking historical display typography rather than a neutral text voice.

The design appears intended to blend a traditional serif structure with assertive flared terminals, prioritizing a distinctive silhouette and rhythmic texture. Its condensed stance and sharp finishing details suggest a focus on impactful display typography with a historic, gothic-inspired presence.

In continuous text, the repeated pointed terminals create a strong vertical cadence and a textured color on the line. The sharp details are most prominent at larger sizes, where the wedge endings and internal notches read clearly and contribute to the font’s character.
