A chunky, brush-painted display face with irregular, torn-looking edges and visible stroke texture throughout. Letterforms are mostly upright with simplified construction and rounded bowls, but widths and contours vary noticeably from glyph to glyph, creating an uneven rhythm. Strokes alternate between thick masses and thinner, frayed terminals, giving counters a slightly blobby, hand-inked feel. The set reads clearly at larger sizes, with intentionally imperfect curves, wobbly verticals, and occasional notches that suggest dry-brush or distressed printing.

Best suited for display use such as posters, gig and event flyers, album/cover art, stickers, and packaging that benefits from a gritty handcrafted look. It works well for punchy headings, short slogans, and callouts where texture is a feature; for longer passages, generous size and spacing will help preserve clarity.

The texture and unevenness give it a raw, handmade energy that feels scrappy, rebellious, and humorous at the same time. It conveys an informal, DIY tone—more zine and street-poster than polished branding—adding attitude and motion to short lines of text.

The design appears intended to emulate bold marker or brush lettering that has been scuffed up by wear, photocopying, or rough printing. Its goal is less typographic neutrality and more instant character—adding grit, spontaneity, and a tactile sense of ink to attention-grabbing text.

Caps are bold and emblematic, while lowercase keeps the same rough brush character and slightly softer proportions, which helps in mixed-case headlines. Numerals match the distressed treatment and stay highly graphic, with especially rounded forms for 0, 6, 8, and 9.
