A high-contrast serif with crisp, tapered stroke endings and hairline details. Vertical stems carry most of the weight while horizontals and connecting strokes drop to very thin hairlines, producing a sharp, polished rhythm. Serifs and terminals often flare into wedge-like shapes, with subtly bracketed joins and pointed apexes on letters like A and V. The lowercase shows a traditional, bookish construction with a two-storey a and g, compact counters, and a slightly calligraphic stress that reads clearly at display sizes.

Best suited to headlines, magazine mastheads, pull quotes, and brand wordmarks where contrast and fine serifs can be appreciated. It can also work for short editorial blocks at larger sizes in print or high-resolution digital settings, especially where a refined, high-end voice is desired.

The overall tone is elegant and editorial, combining classic book typography cues with a more fashion-forward sharpness. Its dramatic contrast and fine details suggest sophistication and a premium feel, while the disciplined proportions keep it from feeling overly ornamental.

Designed to deliver a contemporary take on a classic high-contrast serif: strong vertical presence, razor-thin detailing, and flared finishing strokes that add sophistication and recognizable character in display typography.

The numeral set follows the same high-contrast logic, with thin joins and pronounced thick–thin transitions; the 2 and 3 show distinctive curved hairline terminals. Curves like C, G, and S are tightly controlled with narrow thins that emphasize the vertical stress, and the Q features a confident, sweeping tail that adds character in headlines.
