A slanted, calligraphic roman with crisp high-contrast strokes and a distinctly pen-driven rhythm. Letterforms show tapered entries and exits, subtle swelling on curves, and small bracketed serifs that soften transitions into stems. Curves are generous and slightly irregular in a human way, with occasional flourished terminals (notably in S, Z, and several lowercase forms). Numerals follow the same italicized, calligraphic construction, with round counters and delicate finishing strokes that keep the texture light despite the contrast.

Well-suited to display settings such as headlines, book or magazine titling, boutique branding, invitations, and premium packaging where an elegant handwritten voice is desired. It can also work for short editorial passages or pull quotes when set with comfortable leading and enough size to preserve the thin strokes.

The overall tone is formal yet approachable, evoking classic handwriting and traditional print with a hint of theatrical flair. Its energetic slant and swashy terminals lend a lively, romantic feel, while the consistent contrast and controlled shapes keep it polished rather than casual.

The design appears intended to capture the formality of calligraphic writing in a typographic, repeatable system—balancing expressive stroke endings and gentle flourishes with consistent proportions and a readable text rhythm.

The texture on a line is rhythmic and slightly bouncy, with varied internal spacing that enhances the handwritten impression. Capitals read as ornamental without becoming overly elaborate, and many lowercase letters maintain clear, open counters that help preserve readability at display-to-text sizes where the contrast remains visible.
