A sculpted serif with crisp, wedge-like terminals and pronounced thick–thin modulation that creates a glossy, high-impact rhythm. Strokes show a calligraphic stress through rounded bowls and tapered joins, while serifs read as sharp, slightly bracketed wedges rather than blunt slabs. Capitals feel stately and compact with strong verticals, and the lowercase mixes sturdy stems with lively, curved entry/exit strokes; the ampersand and numerals echo the same engraved, high-contrast logic. Overall spacing and sidebearings support large sizes, where the fine hairlines and tight inner counters become part of the texture.

Best suited to headlines, pull quotes, mastheads, and other large-size editorial settings where its contrast and sharp serifs can shine. It can also serve premium branding and packaging when used with generous spacing and high-quality reproduction; for long body text, it will benefit from careful sizing and line spacing to preserve hairline clarity.

The tone is polished and theatrical, leaning toward editorial sophistication rather than utilitarian neutrality. Its sharp terminals and elegant contrast evoke a premium, fashion and culture–magazine feel, with a hint of classical gravitas.

The design appears intended to deliver a contemporary take on classic high-contrast serif forms—maximizing elegance, drama, and print-like refinement for attention-grabbing display typography.

Diagonal shapes (notably in V, W, X, Y, and Z) create dramatic dark–light patterning, and the figures combine sturdy main strokes with refined tapering details. The italic is not shown; the displayed style reads consistently upright and display-oriented.
