A high-contrast serif with slender hairlines, weighty verticals, and finely tapered terminals. Serifs are small and sharp with gentle bracketing, giving strokes a crisp entry and exit without looking rigid. Capitals are proportioned and stately with broad curves in C/G/O and clean, controlled diagonals in V/W/X. The lowercase shows traditional, text-oriented construction with open counters, a two-storey g, and modest extenders; curves transition smoothly into stems, producing a polished rhythm in words. Numerals follow the same contrast and detailing, with elegant curves and delicate finishing strokes.

Well-suited to editorial design, magazine headlines and subheads, and literary or cultural publishing where an elegant, traditional serif is desired. It can also support refined brand identities and formal materials—such as invitations or packaging—especially where clean, high-contrast letterforms help establish a premium tone.

The overall tone is refined and editorial, balancing classic book typography with a slightly fashion-forward sheen from its thin hairlines and sharp finishing. It reads as confident and cultured rather than playful, lending text a quiet sense of prestige.

The design appears intended to deliver a classic text-serif voice with modern crispness: a calm, readable structure enriched by sharp serifs and pronounced contrast for sophistication in both running text and larger typographic moments.

In paragraph settings the texture appears airy and bright, with clear letter separation and a composed baseline presence. The design relies on thin joins and terminals for its character, so the most distinctive sparkle comes through at display sizes or in well-printed text settings.
