A monolinear slab serif with broad proportions, sturdy rectangular serifs, and a slightly uneven, typewriter-like rhythm. Strokes are low-contrast and end in rounded or softly blunted terminals, giving the forms a stamped, utilitarian finish. Many glyphs feature distinctive mid-stroke bars and internal cutouts that read like punched counters or stencil-like interruptions, adding a deliberate “mechanical” quirk without breaking legibility. The overall texture is bold and dark on the line, with open spacing and clear silhouettes across both uppercase and lowercase.

Best suited for display use where its distinctive internal interruptions and slabbed shapes can be appreciated—posters, headlines, book and album covers, packaging, and brand marks that want a retro-mechanical voice. It can work for short editorial callouts and pull quotes, but the busy interior detailing makes it less ideal for dense, small-size body text.

The font conveys a retro, workshop-and-office tone: part typewriter, part industrial labeling, with an intentionally oddball twist. Its unconventional internal bars and cutouts add a playful, experimental edge that feels crafty and slightly irreverent rather than purely formal.

The design appears intended to reinterpret a classic slab/typewriter structure through unconventional internal bars and cutouts, creating a recognizable, repeatable motif that adds personality while retaining a sturdy, readable base.

Capitals have a strong, sign-like presence, while the lowercase keeps a straightforward, readable skeleton with idiosyncratic details that repeat consistently across the set. Numerals are heavy and friendly, matching the squared slabs and rounded finishing found in the letters.
