A very light slab-serif with gently bracketed, squared-off serifs and a consistent, even stroke that keeps contrast subdued. Proportions are fairly traditional and readable, with open counters and carefully moderated curves that avoid sharp joins. The lowercase shows a two-storey “g” and a two-storey “a,” while terminals often resolve with small ball-like details (notably on “a,” “c,” “f,” and “r”), adding a subtle ornamental finish without breaking the overall restraint. Numerals are slender and clear, with simple, open forms and steady spacing that supports text rhythm.

Well-suited to editorial typography where a light, refined slab serif can add structure without heavy color on the page—book interiors, long-form articles, and magazine layouts. It can also work for literary headlines, pull quotes, and formal collateral where a restrained classic voice is desired.

The overall tone is composed and literary, leaning toward a quiet, print-oriented elegance. It feels formal but approachable, with just enough detailing in the terminals to read as crafted rather than purely utilitarian.

The design appears intended to deliver a dependable, readable slab-serif texture with a delicate weight and subtle terminal character. It aims for a traditional, print-friendly rhythm while introducing small finishing touches that lend polish in continuous reading and composed display settings.

In the sample text, the light weight and open forms create a bright page color and smooth line flow at display-to-text sizes. The slab serifs and measured curves give it a steady horizontal emphasis, while the rounded terminals soften the impression and keep it from feeling overly rigid.
