A monospaced serif design with sturdy, wide-set letterforms and visibly irregular contours. Strokes show uneven edges and localized thickening that reads like ink spread or worn type, while terminals often end in soft, bracket-like serifs. Counters are moderately open but slightly pinched by the distressed texture, and curves (notably in O/C/G) are somewhat squarish and lumpy rather than geometric. The overall rhythm is steady and mechanical in spacing, contrasted by a deliberately imperfect, stamped impression in the outlines.

Well-suited to headlines, title treatments, and short passages where a typewritten, timeworn texture is desirable. It can add character to posters, book covers, labels, and editorial accents, and works best when you want a strong analog impression without losing the predictability of fixed-width spacing.

The font conveys a vintage, utilitarian tone—evoking typewritten pages, carbon copies, and printed ephemera that have aged or been handled. Its roughness adds grit and tactility, lending a noir, archival mood that feels documentary and handmade rather than pristine.

The design appears intended to merge mechanical monospaced structure with an intentionally imperfect print texture, recreating the look of struck type and ink wear. The goal is a dependable, readable silhouette that also delivers atmosphere—suggesting age, handling, and reproduction artifacts.

Uppercase forms feel assertive and poster-like, while lowercase maintains clear differentiation with a compact, typewriter-like structure. Numerals follow the same worn texture, supporting consistent texture in mixed content. The distressed edges are strong enough to become a defining graphic element, especially at larger sizes.
