This typeface uses blackletter-informed skeletons with angular, wedge-like terminals and frequent diagonal cuts that make the strokes feel chiseled and faceted. Many glyphs include internal cut-outs and offset slivers that read as a built-in shadow or carved notch, creating a layered look without increasing weight. Curves are tightened into squared bowls and hooked joins, while verticals remain dominant and crisp. The overall rhythm is slightly irregular, with expressive details at corners and counters that give the alphabet a handcrafted, engraved character.

Best suited for short display settings where the sculpted details can be appreciated—headlines, posters, game or film titling, book covers, and branding marks. It can also work for labels and packaging that aim for a vintage-gothic or fantasy mood, but will be less comfortable for long passages at small sizes due to the busy interior cutwork.

The tone is darkly ornate and theatrical, evoking medieval manuscripts, fantasy title cards, and gothic signage. Its shadowed cut-ins add a sense of depth and intrigue, giving words a dramatic, almost incantatory presence.

The design appears intended to reinterpret blackletter forms with a carved, shadowed treatment that adds depth and visual drama. Its emphasis on angular terminals and internal notches prioritizes personality and atmosphere over neutral readability, targeting expressive display typography.

Capitals are especially decorative, with distinctive interior shaping and strong top accents, while lowercase forms keep the same carved logic in smaller counters. Numerals follow the same faceted, notched construction and read as display figures rather than text numerals.
