A heavy, faceted letterform with blackletter roots, built from chunky, angular strokes and sharp internal notches. The silhouettes feel carved and slightly warped, with wedge-like terminals, sudden direction changes, and uneven contours that create a hand-cut rhythm. Counters are tight and often formed by narrow slits, while joins and corners produce a broken, craggy texture across words. Uppercase forms are broad and imposing, and the lowercase maintains a compact, sturdy build with distinct blackletter-style construction and minimal roundness.

Best suited for bold display applications such as posters, game and film titles, event flyers, and branding that needs a gothic or medieval flavor. It can work well on packaging and signage where a loud, textured wordmark is desirable, especially when set with generous tracking and ample size.

The font projects a theatrical medieval tone—part gothic, part tongue-in-cheek—mixing ominous weight with a deliberately rough, handmade energy. Its irregularity reads as expressive and boisterous, evoking tavern signage, fantasy props, and horror-comedy title treatments rather than formal manuscript refinement.

The design appears intended to reinterpret blackletter with an exaggerated, hand-hewn construction: thick strokes, jagged cuts, and playful distortion that emphasize impact and character. It prioritizes dramatic texture and immediate atmosphere over quiet readability in long passages.

In text, the dense black mass and tight apertures create a strong pattern that holds up best at display sizes, where the interior cuts and kinked edges remain legible. Numerals are similarly chunky and stylized, matching the carved, poster-like personality of the letters.
