A heavy, condensed display face with jagged, irregular contours and frequent ink-like breakup along stems and curves. Letterforms are built on simple, upright structures, but the outlines wobble and chip, producing a torn-paper or distressed print effect. Counters are often small and partially clogged, with occasional blotting that makes round forms feel uneven and organic. Spacing reads tight and compact, reinforcing a dense, poster-like rhythm.

Best suited to short headlines and display settings where the rough texture can be appreciated—posters, title cards, album art, game and film titling, and gritty promotional graphics. It works particularly well when a distressed, analog print feel is desired and when set with generous size and contrast against clean backgrounds.

The overall tone is gritty and confrontational, with a DIY, photocopied aesthetic that suggests worn signage, underground flyers, or horror-leaning titling. Its rough texture and imperfect edges create tension and urgency, giving text a dramatic, weathered presence.

The design appears intended to emulate distressed, ink-heavy lettering—like worn letterpress, rough stencil work, or degraded photocopy type—while keeping simple, condensed proportions for impactful headline use. The consistent chipping and blotting across glyphs prioritizes atmosphere and texture over clean readability.

The distressed treatment is consistent across caps, lowercase, and numerals, with especially pronounced breakup on round characters and terminals. At smaller sizes the texture can cause counters to fill and fine details to merge, while at larger sizes the irregular silhouette becomes a key stylistic feature.
