A high-contrast serif with tall proportions and crisp, hairline finishing. Stems are strongly vertical and the thin strokes can drop to near-hairline, creating a dramatic light–dark rhythm across words. Serifs are fine and pointed with subtle bracketing, and many joins show a calligraphic modulation rather than purely geometric construction. Counters are generous and ovals read cleanly, while diagonals and arms taper to sharp, elegant terminals that keep the texture airy at display sizes.

Best suited to headlines, pull quotes, mastheads, and other display roles where the fine hairlines and sharp serifs can be appreciated. It’s a natural fit for editorial design, fashion and beauty branding, premium packaging, and elegant event materials. For longer text, it will perform most comfortably when set with adequate size and supportive print or screen conditions that preserve the thinnest strokes.

The overall tone is polished and high-end, combining editorial sophistication with a slightly theatrical contrast typical of fashion-led typography. It feels poised and formal without becoming ornate, projecting clarity, prestige, and a curated, modern classicism.

The design appears intended to deliver a contemporary high-fashion serif voice: classic structure paired with pronounced contrast and meticulously finished terminals. It aims to create an upscale, attention-grabbing texture while retaining conventional letterforms for easy recognition in branding and editorial typography.

In the sample text, the strong contrast and thin hairlines create a sparkling page color with pronounced stroke rhythm, especially in capitals and numerals. The italics are not shown; the roman maintains a steady vertical stance and relies on contrast and terminal shaping for character. Spacing appears measured for display and headline settings, where the fine details and sharp endings remain legible and intentional.
