A slender display face with sharp, wedge-like serifs and frequent tapering that makes many strokes end in thorny points. Outlines look intentionally rough and hand-cut, with slight waviness through stems and bowls and small nicks that create a distressed ink-on-paper feel. Letterforms are compact and tall, with narrow counters and a jumpy rhythm; curves are slightly lopsided rather than perfectly geometric. Numerals and caps keep the same pointed, gouged-terminal language, maintaining a consistent spooky silhouette across the set.

Best suited for short display settings where the jagged serifs and distressed contours can read as intentional character—titles, chapter heads, packaging, posters, and themed event graphics. It can also work for in-world text in games or film graphics when a hand-inked, unsettling tone is needed; avoid dense paragraphs or very small sizes where the fine spikes and roughness may reduce clarity.

The overall tone is ominous and theatrical, evoking folk-horror signage, potion labels, and haunted storybook titles. Its prickly terminals and uneasy irregularity add tension and a sense of old-world menace without resorting to heavy dripping effects.

The design appears intended to mimic hand-rendered, old manuscript or woodcut lettering with sharpened serifs and slightly unstable outlines, using controlled irregularities to produce a creepy, atmospheric voice for themed display typography.

The texture is strongest at joins and terminals, where small flares and cuts create high-frequency detail; this gives words a lively, scratchy edge. Spacing appears tight and the thin strokes plus spurs can visually tangle at smaller sizes, while larger settings emphasize the dramatic, spined outlines.
