This italic serif shows a flowing, calligraphic construction with consistent rightward slant and moderately modulated strokes. Serifs are bracketed and tapered, with smooth entry/exit strokes that soften joins and keep the rhythm even in text. Capitals are narrow and stately with gently flared terminals and restrained curves, while lowercase forms feature open counters, a single-storey italic a, and an italic f with a pronounced hook. Numerals follow the same italic logic, with rounded bowls and lively terminals that keep them visually aligned with the text color.

Well suited to long-form reading contexts where an italic is needed for emphasis, quotations, or secondary hierarchy, such as books, journals, and magazine editorial layouts. It can also serve effectively in literary titling, pull quotes, and refined brand or cultural communications that benefit from a classical italic voice.

The overall tone is traditional and literary, conveying a composed, cultured voice rather than a contemporary or mechanical one. Its movement and tapered finishing strokes add elegance and warmth, suggesting careful editorial craft and a slightly formal, bookish character.

The design appears intended as a conventional text italic with a clear nod to calligraphic origins—balancing elegance and readability while preserving a steady, bookish texture at paragraph sizes.

The spacing and cursive angle create a smooth forward cadence, and the design maintains clarity through moderate stroke modulation and open apertures. Uppercase and lowercase feel harmonized, with capitals serving as dignified anchors while the lowercase carries most of the motion.
