A dense, black, angular letterform with faceted strokes and crisp, chamfered terminals. The construction favors straight segments, pointed joins, and narrow interior counters, creating a strong vertical rhythm with frequent broken curves. Stems are heavy and uniform in presence, with moderate contrast implied through wedge-like cuts and notches rather than smooth swelling. Capitals are compact and monolithic, while lowercase maintains a tight, rhythmic texture; numerals follow the same chiseled, geometric treatment for consistent color in display settings.

Best suited for short, high-impact text such as posters, mastheads, logotypes, labels, and titling where its dense texture can read as a stylistic statement. It can also work for themed packaging or editorial display where an old-world atmosphere is desired, but is less appropriate for long passages at small sizes due to its tight counters and heavy color.

The font projects a medieval, gothic tone that feels formal and commanding. Its sharp edges and dark texture evoke heraldic, ecclesiastical, and old-world printed matter, giving headlines a ceremonial and dramatic voice.

The design appears intended to recreate a carved, print-era blackletter look with strong texture and consistent, faceted geometry. It prioritizes visual authority and stylistic authenticity over neutrality, delivering bold presence in display typography.

Spacing appears intentionally tight to preserve an uninterrupted “black” text color, especially in lowercase runs. Several forms use broken/segmented bowls and angled shoulders that enhance the carved, architectural feel, while dotted letters use diamond-like points that match the overall faceted motif.
