A crisp blackletter with sharp, faceted forms and strong thick–thin modulation. Strokes show calligraphic logic with pointed terminals, split joins, and occasional wedge-like serifs, creating an engraved, rhythmic texture. Capitals are highly decorated with flourished diagonals and internal spurs, while the lowercase is narrower and more uniform, producing a dense, vertical “picket fence” color in words. Numerals and punctuation follow the same broken-stroke vocabulary, with compact silhouettes and angular counters.

Best suited to display roles where its dense texture and ornamental capitals can be appreciated—titles, posters, branding marks, labels, and ceremonial materials such as invitations or certificates. It can also work for short pull quotes or mastheads, but its compact counters and strong texture make it less comfortable for extended body text at small sizes.
