A decorative serif with a compressed, tall overall silhouette and dramatic thick–thin modulation. Serifs are sharp and wedge-like, often flaring into small spikes, while curves stay relatively smooth and narrow, giving letters a pinched, elongated profile. Stroke terminals vary from crisp points to blunt, ink-trap-like nicks, creating an intentionally uneven rhythm. The lowercase shows a small x-height with long ascenders and descenders, and the figures alternate between narrow, upright forms and more rounded, calligraphic shapes.

Best used for headlines and short statements where its character can lead the layout—posters, book or album covers, theatrical/event promotions, and expressive packaging. It can also work for wordmarks and titling where a narrow footprint and a distinctive, storybook flavor are desired.

The face reads playful and slightly uncanny, mixing old-style serif cues with idiosyncratic, hand-cut details. Its narrow, high-contrast rhythm adds drama and a lightly theatrical tone, well-suited to quirky, vintage-leaning narratives rather than neutral information design.

The design appears intended to deliver a compact, attention-grabbing serif with a deliberately quirky, hand-influenced finish. By combining spiky wedge serifs, strong contrast, and uneven detailing, it aims for charm and individuality over quiet readability.

In text, the strong contrast and tight internal spaces make it most comfortable at display sizes, where the pointed serifs and distinctive terminals stay crisp. The cap alphabet feels especially vertical and sign-like, while the lowercase introduces more personality through varied bowls, angled joins, and lively descenders.
