A heavy, display-oriented serif with deliberately degraded contours and intermittent interior voids that mimic torn paper, worn type, or ink breakdown. Strokes alternate between thick, solid masses and thin, scratchy remnants, creating strong contrast and a rugged rhythm. Serifs are present but irregular—often chipped, tapered, or partially missing—while counters sometimes show swirling or blot-like artifacts that vary from glyph to glyph. Overall spacing and widths feel uneven in an intentional way, reinforcing a distressed, handmade-print impression.

Best suited for short, high-impact typography such as posters, title cards, album artwork, game or film titling, and gritty event flyers. It performs strongest at larger sizes where the erosion details are readable and the irregular texture becomes a stylistic feature rather than noise.

The font reads as ominous and abrasive, with a gritty, underground tone that evokes horror titles, punk flyers, and occult or mystery ephemera. Its unstable edges and scarred interiors add tension and drama, making text feel weathered, raw, and confrontational.

The design appears intended to fuse a classic serif skeleton with aggressive distressing to produce a dramatic, worn display face that looks physically degraded—like aged print, scraped ink, or damaged letterpress. Its goal is impact and atmosphere over neutrality, providing instant texture and narrative in headlines.

In continuous text the distressed texture becomes more prominent, with some letters showing pronounced internal erosion and occasional thin, dangling fragments on terminals. The numerals follow the same battered logic, staying bold and legible while retaining chipped edges and occasional interior breakup.
