A heavy, monoline typewriter-style design with compact inner counters and rounded, blunted terminals. The letterforms show deliberate irregularity: edges look eroded or ink-spread, with slight bite marks and uneven contours that mimic worn type or over-inked strikes. Curves are lumpy rather than geometric, and joins feel soft and press-like, creating a dense texture in both uppercase and lowercase. Numerals follow the same chunky, distressed construction, maintaining a consistent, stamped rhythm across the set.

Works best for short headlines and display typography where the worn imprint can be appreciated—posters, book or film titles, thematic branding, packaging, and editorial callouts. It can also support body text in short passages when a gritty, typewritten atmosphere is desired, particularly in print-like layouts.

The overall tone feels analog and lived-in—like photocopied paperwork, old case files, or a battered typewriter ribbon. Its roughness reads as gritty and slightly ominous, lending a DIY, underground energy while still keeping the straightforward clarity of mechanical lettering.

The design appears intended to capture the imperfect mechanics of typing and printing—ink spread, worn metal, and uneven impression—while keeping familiar typewriter proportions and a steady rhythm. It prioritizes atmosphere and texture over crisp neutrality, aiming for an authentic, distressed document feel.

The distressed treatment is consistent across glyphs, producing a strong mottled color on the page, especially in longer text. Small details (nicks, bulges, and ink traps) are prominent at display sizes and can merge into a coarse texture at smaller sizes.
