A heavy, forward-slanted serif with visibly flared stroke endings that behave like wedge serifs, giving terminals a tapered, carved look rather than flat cuts. The letterforms are built from broad, low-contrast strokes with rounded joins and a compact, muscular footprint, producing strong black shapes and tight internal counters. Curves (C, O, S) are smooth and full, while diagonals (K, V, W, X) are thick and forceful, reinforcing a fast, athletic rhythm. In the lowercase, the forms feel sturdy and slightly compact, with short-to-moderate ascenders/descenders and pronounced, chiseled terminals that keep texture dense in words.

Best suited to headlines, posters, and brand marks where a compact, high-contrast-in-impact (but low-stroke-contrast) texture is an advantage. It can work well for sports branding, event promotions, packaging, and punchy editorial callouts, especially when you want a vintage-leaning, energetic voice. For longer passages, it’s likely most comfortable in short bursts such as subheads, pull quotes, or feature intros.

The overall tone is bold and kinetic, with a retro-sport sensibility that reads as assertive and high-impact. The flared endings add a crafted, slightly vintage flavor, while the slant and dense color convey speed and urgency. It feels designed to grab attention quickly and hold it with a confident, display-first presence.

The design appears intended to deliver a strong, modern-display silhouette while borrowing the authority and finish of flared serif construction. By pairing heavy strokes with tapered, wedge-like terminals and a forward slant, it emphasizes momentum and confidence, aiming for immediate visibility and a distinctive, branded texture.

Distinctive tapered terminals show up consistently across straight stems and curved strokes, creating a cohesive ‘carved’ finish. The numerals are weighty and open enough to read at display sizes, with the round figures (0, 8, 9) staying especially prominent. In continuous text the strong slant and dense spacing suggest best results with generous leading or at larger sizes.
