A high-contrast serif with sharply tapered hairlines and weighty vertical stems, producing a crisp, polished silhouette. Serifs are finely cut and often wedge-like, with noticeable bracketing and pointed beak accents on several forms; joins and terminals feel decisively sculpted rather than blunt. The lowercase shows compact, rounded bowls and a single-storey “g,” with ball-like terminals and strong thick–thin modulation, while the uppercase carries broad, display-oriented proportions and prominent serifs. Overall spacing reads open enough for large text, with an emphatic rhythm created by the pronounced vertical stress and narrow hairlines.

Best suited to headlines and short-form setting where the dramatic contrast and sharp serifs can read cleanly—magazine covers and spreads, luxury branding, packaging, and poster typography. It can also work for pull quotes and section headers in editorial layouts, especially at medium to large sizes where hairlines remain clear.

The typeface conveys an editorial, high-fashion tone—confident, refined, and a bit theatrical. Its strong contrast and sharp finishing details create a sense of luxury and formality, with a classic print lineage that feels suited to elegant, statement-making typography.

The design intention appears to be a contemporary, display-leaning text serif that amplifies classic high-contrast forms for impact. It prioritizes elegance and visual punch through pronounced thick–thin modulation, crisp wedge serifs, and sculpted terminals.

Distinctive details include the ball-ended “j” and “y” tails, a sculpted “S,” and numerals that echo the same high-contrast, wedge-terminal language. The thin horizontals and hairlines become especially delicate in smaller counters and cross-strokes, making the design feel most comfortable when given room to breathe.
