A high-contrast serif with razor-thin hairlines and strong vertical stress, built around crisp, tapered serifs and smooth, expanding curves. The overall rhythm is stately and open, with generous spacing and a relatively high-waisted feel in capitals where thick stems rise cleanly into fine terminals. Curves are drawn with a polished, calligraphic logic—thin joins, fuller bowls, and pointed apexes—while diagonals (V, W, X, Y) stay sharp and controlled. Lowercase forms are compact and tidy with brisk entry/exit strokes, a delicate ear on the “g,” and a narrow, pointed “v/w” structure; numerals follow the same contrast model with airy counters and fine finishing strokes.

Best suited to headlines, magazine settings, and high-end branding where large sizes can showcase the delicate hairlines and sharp serifs. It can also work for pull quotes, invitations, and elegant posters when paired with generous leading and careful contrast management.

The tone is luxurious and poised, projecting a boutique, runway, or magazine sensibility. Its extreme contrast and refined detailing read as formal and premium, with a slightly theatrical edge that suits display-driven typography.

The design appears intended to deliver a classic, high-fashion serif voice: strong verticals, hairline refinement, and sculpted curves that prioritize elegance and impact in display contexts while still retaining conventional text-serif construction.

At larger sizes the hairline details and tapered serifs create a striking sparkle across lines, while at smaller sizes those same fine strokes can become visually fragile. The design feels most confident when given space—both in size and line spacing—so the contrast and interior counters remain clear.
