A very heavy, blackletter-style face with compact proportions and dense interior counters. Strokes appear inked and slightly uneven, with subtly wavy edges and blunted, wedge-like terminals that suggest hand-drawn or stamped letterforms rather than perfectly rigid construction. The structure is predominantly vertical with broken, angular joins and faceted curves, producing a dark, rhythmic texture in lines of text. Uppercase forms are ornate but still blocky, while lowercase maintains narrow bowls and tight apertures, reinforcing an overall compact, emphatic color.

Best suited to display settings where its dense texture and ornate gothic forms can be appreciated—posters, headlines, logotypes, merchandise, packaging, and title treatments. It works especially well for historical, fantasy, metal, or occult-adjacent themes, and for short phrases where strong atmosphere is more important than long-form readability.

The font conveys a medieval, gothic atmosphere with a forceful, ceremonial tone. Its heavy massing and rugged edges add a raw, folkloric character—more tavern-sign and storybook spellbook than polished liturgical manuscript. Overall it reads as dramatic and traditional, with a slightly rebellious, handmade bite.

The design appears intended to deliver an unmistakable blackletter presence with a bold, inky footprint and a handmade finish. By combining broken gothic structure with irregular, softened edges, it aims to feel traditional and authoritative while still tactile and expressive.

In the sample text, the dense blacks knit together into a strong horizontal band, so spacing and word shapes carry much of the reading rhythm. The numerals share the same carved, weighty feel and hold up well as standalone figures, while small sizes may feel crowded due to tight counters and the intentionally roughened outline.
