A compact, upright sans with irregular, chiseled-looking edges and subtly uneven stroke boundaries that simulate rough printing or hand-cut forms. Strokes remain generally low-contrast, but the outlines wobble and nick in places, creating textured counters and soft corners rather than crisp geometry. Proportions are straightforward and readable, with simple, sturdy constructions and a consistently distressed surface treatment across caps, lowercase, and numerals.

Well suited to short headlines, posters, packaging, and title treatments where a rugged or eerie tone is helpful—such as Halloween promotions, zines, band flyers, game UI accents, or craft/DIY branding. It can also work for pull quotes and subheads when you want a human, printed feel, but the texture may become visually busy at very small sizes or in long body copy.

This face gives off an analog, handmade energy—like lettering pulled from a worn paperback cover or a quickly stamped label. The roughened contours add a slightly ominous, scrappy attitude that can read as spooky, mischievous, or underground depending on context. Overall it feels informal and human, with a hint of grit.

The design appears intended to bring a clean, no-nonsense sans structure into a more tactile, imperfect world. By keeping forms legible while adding controlled irregularities, it aims to suggest age, wear, or rough reproduction without collapsing into illegibility. The consistent distressing across the character set points to a deliberate, repeatable texture rather than random damage.

The sample text shows strong readability at display sizes, with distressing that remains present but not overwhelming. Numerals follow the same worn treatment and keep simple silhouettes, supporting use in labels and signage-style layouts.
