A compact, high-density blackletter with sharply broken strokes and wedge-like terminals. Letterforms are built from narrow verticals and abrupt diagonals, producing a jagged rhythm with consistent, calligraphic stroke modulation. Capitals are more decorative and complex than the lowercase, with pointed bowls, notched joins, and occasional interior cuts that create strong black–white patterning. Spacing feels tight and the overall texture is dark and assertive, with crisp edges and a slightly hand-cut irregularity in details.

Best suited to short, high-impact settings such as headlines, mastheads, titles, and display lines where the blackletter texture can be appreciated. It also fits branding moments that call for heritage or gothic cues—labels, packaging, certificates, event posters, and merchandise—especially when set with generous tracking and ample line spacing.

The font projects a medieval, ceremonial tone with a stern, authoritative voice. Its angular construction and dark color evoke manuscripts, heraldry, and old-world craft, while the ornate capitals add a theatrical, ritual quality suited to emphatic statements rather than casual reading.

Designed to deliver a traditional blackletter presence with a dense vertical rhythm and ornamental capitals, prioritizing atmosphere and historical resonance. The narrow proportions and sharp stroke breaks aim to maximize drama and visual authority in display typography.

Numerals follow the same fractured, calligraphic logic as the letters, staying narrow and compact with pointed terminals and strong vertical emphasis. In text settings, the heavy texture can visually merge at smaller sizes, while larger sizes reveal the internal facets and decorative cuts more clearly.
