This serif shows a Didone-leaning construction with pronounced thick–thin modulation and crisp, hairline joins. Stems are strongly vertical and carry sharp, tapered serifs that read as finely cut wedges rather than slabs, giving letters a chiseled, high-fashion silhouette. Bowls and rounds appear taut and controlled, with a relatively narrow interior rhythm and a clear vertical stress. Lowercase forms keep a traditional structure with a two-storey a and g, compact apertures, and neat terminals, while figures follow the same high-contrast logic with clean, sculpted curves.

Best suited to headlines, deck lines, pull quotes, and editorial typography where high contrast and crisp detailing can shine. It also fits premium branding and packaging, especially for beauty, fashion, and cultural institutions, and works well for elegant numerals in display-led layouts.

The overall tone is polished and dramatic, projecting a refined, editorial voice with a hint of formality. Its crisp hairlines and sculptural serifs evoke luxury contexts and a magazine-like sophistication, while the strong contrast adds theatrical emphasis in display settings.

The design appears intended to deliver a contemporary, high-contrast serif with classic proportions, optimized for impactful display typography while remaining familiar enough for editorial use. Its sharp serifs and vertical rhythm prioritize sophistication, clarity of form, and visual drama.

In longer passages the hairlines and sharp joins create a lively sparkle, especially at larger sizes; at smaller sizes the delicate strokes may visually recede. The uppercase has a commanding presence and the numerals feel particularly elegant and tailored, supporting headline and titling work where contrast can be fully appreciated.
