A high-contrast serif with hairline horizontals and sharply tapered terminals set against sturdier vertical stems. Serifs are fine and mostly bracketed, giving joins a smooth, carved feel rather than blunt slab endings. Capitals are proportioned with generous internal space and a calm, even rhythm, while the lowercase shows traditional book-serif construction with a two-storey a and g, narrow joins, and small, precise apertures. Overall spacing reads open and airy, and the numerals follow the same high-contrast, lining-style logic with prominent thick–thin transitions.

Well suited for editorial headlines, magazine typography, book titles, and brand wordmarks where contrast and refinement are desirable. It can also work for short-form display copy such as pull quotes, packaging, and event materials, especially when set with comfortable tracking and generous line spacing.

The font projects a polished, cultured tone—quietly luxurious rather than loud. Its pronounced thick–thin modulation and delicate finishing details suggest sophistication, making it feel at home in premium, literary, or fashion-adjacent settings.

The design appears intended to deliver a contemporary take on a traditional text serif: classic proportions and familiar letterforms paired with striking contrast and finely cut details. The goal seems to be an upscale, editorial voice that remains readable while signaling premium craft.

Curves are smooth and controlled, with crisp entry/exit strokes and minimal apparent slant, reinforcing a formal, upright stance. The italic is not shown; all samples appear roman. At larger sizes the hairlines look particularly refined, while at smaller sizes the thinnest strokes may require careful size and output consideration to preserve clarity.
