A condensed serif with tall proportions and pronounced thick–thin contrast. The vertical stems are strong and straight, while horizontals and connecting strokes drop to hairlines, creating a crisp, engraved rhythm. Serifs are sharp and finely bracketed to unbracketed in feel, reading as delicate feet and beaks rather than heavy slabs. Curves show vertical stress, and the overall color stays light despite firm main strokes due to the abundance of thin joins and terminals. Lowercase forms keep a compact, traditional structure with a relatively low x-height, and the numerals and capitals follow the same narrow, high-contrast logic for a cohesive, stately texture.

Well suited to headlines, deck copy, pull quotes, and magazine typography where a tall, polished voice is desired. It can also work for brand marks, invitations, and packaging that benefit from a refined, high-contrast serif presence, particularly when set at larger sizes or with generous leading.

The tone is formal and poised, with a fashion-and-publishing sophistication. Its narrow stance and sharp contrast add drama and a sense of luxury, while the classic serif construction keeps it grounded and familiar.

The design appears intended to deliver a classic editorial serif voice in a space-saving, vertically emphatic form. Its high contrast and fine serif detailing suggest a focus on elegance and impact for display-led composition rather than purely utilitarian body text.

Spacing appears tight and controlled, producing an economical line that stacks into a vertical, column-like texture. The design favors clean edges and pointed detailing, which reads especially crisp at display sizes and in high-quality print reproduction.
