A formal, slanted calligraphic serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and tapered, pen-like terminals. Letterforms show gently cupped serifs and occasional entry/exit flicks that create a smooth, handwritten rhythm without connecting strokes. Proportions are moderately narrow with lively, variable sidebearings, and many glyphs feature subtle swash-like extensions (notably in capitals and descenders) that add movement. Numerals follow the same italic, high-contrast logic with curved strokes and graceful diagonals.

Well-suited to invitations, announcements, and other formal stationery where an elegant italic voice is desired. It also works effectively for display editorial uses such as pull quotes, chapter openers, book covers, and boutique branding, especially when set at medium to large sizes with comfortable leading.
