A heavy, condensed display face built from rigid vertical stems and sharp, chiseled terminals. Forms are largely geometric and monolinear in feel, with frequent wedge cuts, notched joins, and pointed feet that create a faceted silhouette. Counters are narrow and often slit-like, and many letters use broken, segmented strokes typical of blackletter-inspired construction, producing a tightly packed rhythm and strong vertical emphasis. Numerals and lowercase maintain the same angular logic, with abrupt diagonals and clipped curves that keep the texture dense and assertive.

Best suited to short display settings where its dense black texture and angular detailing can read as a stylistic statement—such as posters, title cards, album covers, game and entertainment branding, or themed packaging. It performs especially well when given generous size and spacing so the internal notches and tight counters don’t clog.

The overall tone is gothic and theatrical, evoking medieval signage, occult or arcane themes, and a deliberate sense of severity. Its spiky details and tightly compressed texture feel forceful and ceremonial, leaning more toward dramatic impact than friendliness or neutrality.

The letterforms appear designed to reinterpret blackletter conventions with a simplified, blocky construction and exaggerated wedge cuts, prioritizing a bold silhouette and a distinctive, one-off texture. The goal seems to be instant thematic signaling—gothic, medieval, and dramatic—rather than quiet versatility.

The design relies on distinctive cut-ins and wedge terminals to separate strokes, which adds character but can reduce clarity at small sizes or in long passages. Uppercase and lowercase are visually close in weight and presence, reinforcing a uniform, poster-like color across lines.
